Policies and requirements for acceptance of pets:

To ensure a pleasant experience for your family and your pet, we thank you for reading the following requests applicable during the entire stay.

Your pet:

Weighs less than 10 kg (except those who are guides).

• Is calm, docile.
• Always uses a collar and a leash.
• They have their own bed to sleep in.
• One pet per room

Owner:

• Your pet is not allowed in the common areas, such as: restaurant, swimming pool, thermal water, farm, spa.
• Control your pet when it barks or behaves aggressively.
• They agree that your pet will not climb on the beds or furniture in the rooms.
• They clean the areas when your pet performs its physiological needs.
• When they take their pet for a walk, they must always wear the collar and leash.
• Assume full responsibility in case of physical aggression on the part of the pet with another guest or pet.
• They are responsible for and undertake to cover the costs of any damages that your pet may cause in our facilities.
